Ajami

In the vibrant and eclectic neighborhood of Ajami, where Arabs, Palestinians, Jews, and Christians coexist, four lives become entangled in a web of struggle and violence. Omar, an Israeli Arab, fights to protect his family from extortion, while also pursuing a romance with a Christian woman, Hadir. Meanwhile, Malek, a Palestinian worker, works to save money for his mother's surgery, and Dando, an Israeli cop, searches for his missing brother, whose fate may be tied to the conflict. As their stories intersect, they face a cycle of violence and tragedy, testing the boundaries of their community and their own humanity.
