A group of friends, including Tubby, Little Lulu, and the mischievous Alvin, go to the beach for a fun-filled day. However, Alvin's constant complaints about being hungry and his penchant for getting into trouble lead to a series of chaotic events. After a hot dog stand visit, Alvin disappears, and his friends search for him at the Lost Children Station, only to find him later in a tree, claiming he flew there with helium balloons.
