A notorious outlaw, nursed back to health by a Quaker woman, reconsiders his life of crime and finds himself torn between his outlaw ways and a chance at redemption with her daughter.

Quirt Evans, a notorious gunman, seeks refuge at a Quaker farm after being wounded. The Quaker family, led by Thomas Worth and his daughter Penelope, take him in and nurse him back to health. As Evans recovers, he becomes smitten with Penny, who is drawn to his stories of past loves. However, their budding romance is threatened when two outlaws arrive in town seeking to kill Evans. With his gun empty and his life in danger, Evans must decide whether to flee or stay with the Quakers and risk everything.
