In the quaint town of Chirpendale, a menacing black crow wreaks havoc on the bird community, but a fearless young taxi driver named Bill emerges to save the day.

In the vibrant town of Chirpendale, a sinister raven known as "The Black Menace" terrorizes the bird citizens. Against this backdrop, a plucky young bird named Bill Singer, a taxi driver by day, rescues a damsel in distress named Coo from a fire. As the circus arrives in town, Bill and Coo enjoy thrilling performances and comedic antics, but The Black Menace returns, prompting the citizens to join forces and devise a plan to finally defeat the evil raven.
