Chris Terry visits his sister Noelle in Montréal, five years after they last saw each other. Their lives have been marked by turmoil, with a toxic dynamic between them. Chris, a recovering alcoholic, has just divorced and has a criminal past. Noelle, a drug addict, was recently released from prison and turns tricks to survive. She proposes a three-way with a client for $500, implying she needs the money to pay off a debt and Chris owes her. Despite not identifying as gay, Chris agrees.
