Laos, the most heavily bombed country in the world, is home to a team of Australian bomb disposal specialists led by Laith Stevens. Their mission is to train a new team to clear the remnants of the US's "Secret War" while local children, in a desperate bid for survival, scavenge for scrap metal from the abandoned bombs.
