Sophie, a rebellious drug addict, is sent to a remote Fiji island boot camp for troubled teens, run by the charismatic but controlling Dr. Arthur Hail. Her boyfriend Ben, determined to rescue her, enrolls in the program under false pretenses, planning to find and escape with Sophie. However, they soon face the harsh and brutal conditions imposed by Dr. Hail and his security chief Logan, where the teens have limited rights and face physical and psychological abuse.
