Vincent "Vinnie" Carpone, a mafia hit man, is fed up with his life and jealous girlfriend, Ciarra. After a botched hit on a rival gang, Vinnie tries to leave the mob, but is pursued by his former associates. Returning home, he discovers the rival gang is actually a group of vampires who have turned Ciarra into one of them.
