In a dystopian future, a strict smoking ban has led to the creation of a separate "Smoking Section" where cigarettes cost $63.49 a pack. The main hub for smokers is the Vice Club, a former cigarette factory built in 1935, where customers can find the enigmatic Cigarette Girl. However, when she quits smoking, she becomes an angel of death, driven by acute psychological withdrawal and the haunting presence of a cowboy's ghost, who urges her to keep smoking.
