A secret oasis in the heart of Africa serves as a haven for fugitives, leading to a thrilling escapade ignited by Louise Whitman's bold pursuit.

In the lawless nation of Congotanga, West Africa, a group of foreign gangsters, led by Carl Rittner, wield significant power. When a plane from Europe arrives, it brings with it Louise Whitman, a woman on the run from a murder charge in France, and Mannering, who has hired a hitman named O'Connell to take out Louise. A series of events unfolds, leaving Louise, O'Connell, and a heroic surveyor named David Carr stranded in the jungle. As they navigate the treacherous terrain, they find themselves caught up in a mission to determine the true border of Congotanga, a quest that holds great significance for Rittner.
