A blind man, suffering from amnesia, awakens in an ambulance and frantically tries to contact anyone through the radio. As he flees from zombies, he finds refuge in a farmhouse, only to be joined by a pregnant police officer who has escaped her hijacked car. With their vehicles out of commission, they must now work together to survive the undead and find a way out.
