Two archaeologists, Dr. Flotow and Baron Starkoff, are vying for control of a valuable helium gas supply found in an ancient Indian cave. The cave is located on land claimed by the Morgan siblings, who own the Lazy Y Ranch. Meanwhile, a mysterious murder occurs, and an undercover G-man named Ken becomes embroiled in the conflict, uncovering a secret passageway and a plot involving the local rancher, Joe Larkin, and Starkoff.
