Two long-lost twins, reunited after 25 years, join forces to exact revenge on those who took their parents' lives.

Twins Alex and Chad, separated at their parents' death, reunite as Jean Claude Van Damme takes on dual roles. Chad, raised in Paris, is a refined gentleman, while Alex, living in Hong Kong, becomes a small-time crook. As they reconnect, Chad convinces Alex that their rival is also the one responsible for their parents' demise, but Alex remains skeptical, particularly about Chad's girlfriend.
