As Easter approaches, a demonic Easter Bunny terrorizes a small town, brutally murdering everyone in its path. The victims' hearts are ripped out and collected in a basket, leaving a trail of blood and horror. A group of survivors, including Ari Lehman, Charity Rahmer, Lisa Neeld, and Katie Hellman, must band together to stop the creature before it's too late and the town is consumed by an "Easter Holocaust".
