Stranded in Chicago, Ken Clark, a former Arizona resident, finds work as a sharp-shooter performer in a local nightclub, aiming to earn enough to return home.

A lone cowhand, Ken Clark, is stranded in Chicago and takes a job as a sharp-shooter in a night club to earn enough money to return to Arizona. When he intervenes to stop a robbery, he befriends Frank Gordon, who receives a telegram about his partner's murder and the rustling of their horse ranch's stock. Gordon asks for Ken's help, and he agrees to accompany him to the ranch, where they uncover the identity of the person behind the rustling.
