The film "Friday On My Mind" tells the story of The Easybeats, a group of migrant musicians who met at a hostel in 1964 and went on to become international rock superstars within two years. They topped the Australian charts, generated fan hysteria, and were known as Australia's first international rock superstars. However, by 1969, the band had disbanded and lead singer Stevie Wright was just 21 years old. The original members of the band share their story for the first time in this documentary, 40 years after the band's rise to fame.
