Godspell

In present-day New York City, eight young adults, struggling with their own issues, are suddenly drawn to a charismatic hippie named John, who urges them to "prepare the way of the Lord". As they follow John and an equally hippie Jesus, they embark on a transformative journey through an empty city, living out Jesus' teachings of love, devotion, and tolerance. However, not everyone will agree with Jesus' message by the end of the day.
