In this comedy, a clever duck named Donald discovers that eggs are skyrocketing in value and decides to steal a large quantity from a nearby hen-house. After being chased away by a rooster, Donald concocts a plan to disguise himself as a female chicken to gain re-entry. He successfully charms the rooster with his new persona, but his ruse is threatened by a series of mishaps, including a loose comb and a pesky caterpillar.
