A street vendor's past as a street hustler comes back to haunt him when an old acquaintance asks for his help to secure a drug deal at a New York City strip club.
Corrupt cops exploit drug dealers, while a sadistic mother and her boyfriend abduct and torture people who scorn her handicapped son. Meanwhile, a former drug dealer, Lucky, tries to go straight after his release from prison, but a series of bad breaks ensnares him in a violent world.
