In a post-apocalyptic future, a desert scavenger named Nomad finds a robotic head, which is later bought by a space marine named Moses Baxter as a Christmas gift for his girlfriend Jill. However, the robotic head, a Mark 13 military cyborg, is activated and begins to rebuild itself, putting Jill's life in danger.
