A 30+ year veteran nurse and music student, Doug Hream Blunt, takes his talents on a world tour, performing outside of his hospital roots for the first time since entertaining AIDS ward patients in the 1980s. He's joined by a diverse group of musicians, including filmmaker Geoffrey Hug, David Byrne of Talking Heads, Peanut Butter Wolf of Stones Throw Records, and a collection of young students and music enthusiasts from around the world.
