The Three Stooges inherit a fortune from a rich uncle, but upon arrival at his mansion, they find the lawyer murdered and the will missing. As they try to figure out what's going on, they encounter a series of bizarre events and misadventures, including a walking skull and the uncle's body reappearing in unexpected places. Ultimately, they uncover the identity of the killers and recover the will, only to discover that Curly has been left with a paltry sum of 67 cents.
