Jan Eldnor, a Swedish barber and cowboy, lives in California. He moved to the US in 1969 and still speaks little English. When not cutting hair, Jan participates in parades, accompanied by his horse, "Cloude Rochelle", and his wife Lisbeth, who is often referred to as his "second lady".
