Six short films from the punk rock scene in Austin in the late 1970s and early 1980s, curated by Jonathan Demme, have been restored. The films, including "Invasion of the Aluminum People" and "Death of a Rock Star", represent the cultural explosion of the music and film communities in Austin during that time.
