Romance author Ethan Dulane's writer's block forces him to take a break from his Manhattan apartment to find inspiration at a horse ranch upstate. The ranch is run by widower Frank McGregor, his daughters Hope and Joy, and stable-hands, including Gabe Corsetti, who has a silent crush on one of the sisters.
