In the dog pound, a breakout occurs when Pluto's cellmate escapes and frees all the other dogs. The terrier that accompanies Pluto to the park becomes overly aggressive, prompting Pluto to dig up a massive bone and offer it to him. However, the other escaped dogs soon join the chase, causing chaos.
