Prince Leo, jaded with the European jet-set, returns to his father's London town house seeking rest. He's accompanied by his engaged social-climber Margaret and Laszlo, who's planning a counter revolution to restore Leo to the monarchy. Upon arrival, Leo discovers his once-exclusive neighborhood has degenerated into a ghetto, inhabited by poor blacks on the brink of desperation.
