Kelly, the 16-year-old daughter of Alain, a devoted father and aspiring country singer, vanishes at a 1990s cowboy fair. Alain sets out to find her, suspecting her Muslim boyfriend is involved, and follows a trail from Antwerp to Yemen and Pakistan.
