Little Berlin background

Little Berlin

In 1946, the German village of Mödlareuth was irreparably altered after the country was divided into Soviet and American zones, leading to the construction of a 12-foot wall that bisected the community in two.

In a small German village, the division of the country into Soviet and American zones in 1946 led to a 12-foot wall being built through the middle, separating families and communities. The story of a bull named Peter, who was left on the wrong side of the wall, and his cows, who were taken to the other side, is a heartwarming and tragic tale of love and separation.
