Gloria Fay and Mae O'Brien, two former chorus girls, run a ring toss stand at an amusement park near a Naval port. When sailor "Kewpie" Wiggins arrives, he impresses them with his exceptional ring-tossing skills. However, their plan to get rid of him backfires, and Gloria is sent to jail. Kewpie helps her get released, but she must come up with $100 to pay her fine within six weeks.
