In Tokyo, two Hong-Kong police officers are tasked with capturing a former cop who has stolen a valuable cache of diamonds. When one of the officers is taken captive by the ninja gang protecting the rogue cop, his partner seeks the help of their old gang, known as the "Five Lucky Stars," to aid in the rescue and capture.
