A man is thrust into a desperate situation when he's coerced into committing a heinous act to rescue his daughter from captivity.
Gene Watson, a public accountant, arrives at Union Station in Los Angeles with his 6-year-old daughter Lynn. When he's approached by sinister individuals Smith and Jones, they kidnap Lynn and demand that Gene kill California governor Eleanor Grant within 90 minutes or face his daughter's death.
