A detective is tasked with solving the murder of a ballerina during a performance, with no signs of struggle. As he investigates, he encounters her 14-year-old sister, Tinsel, who is initially uncooperative. However, after Tinsel is also attacked, the detective takes her under his protection, and they both become embroiled in a mysterious plot involving a secret organization.
