Peter Epstein-Takahashi, a 16-year-old high school student, is a star of the mock trial team and a self-proclaimed nerd. After winning a competition, his girlfriend Lucille, who is more popular and witty, offers to give him a special gift. However, Peter has a small penis and must use a penis pump and the support of his gay dads to overcome his insecurities. The film explores the theme that it's not the size that matters, but how you use it.
