Four teenagers, Marcus, Liz, Craig, and Nina, embark on a camping trip in the Australian outback. After a devastating car crash, they're left stranded with a broken arm and a totaled vehicle. In a desperate bid for help, they approach a parked road train, only to find the driver missing. As they attempt to commandeer the vehicle, they're met with a shocking sight: the driver is shooting at them. With no other choice, they take control of the truck, but soon they begin to act strangely, as if possessed by some malevolent force.
