Rodeo show owner Foster and his partner Morales are targeted by ruthless Lacey, who orchestrates Morales' death during a stunt and demands to join the show as a silent partner. When Rex Allen arrives, Lacey attempts to eliminate him too, but Rex survives and starts to suspect that Morales' "accident" was actually murder.
