The legendary Kim Seon-dal, a master con artist, gained fame for his clever scheme to sell the water of the Daedong River.
Three men, including In-hong, Bo-won, and Gyeon, form a con ring after returning to Korea from fighting in China. They use various scams to make a living, including selling a chicken as a phoenix and disguising an ordinary sword as one belonging to a legendary admiral.
