Pirate Pete has taken Mickey and Minnie hostage, but Mickey soon breaks free and seizes a swordfish to engage in a sword fight with Pete. He then escapes to the deck, where he rescues Minnie by lifting her onto the mast. With Pete's crew closing in, Mickey uses a cannon to fend them off, firing a series of creative projectiles before ultimately defeating Pete and reclaiming the ship and Minnie.
