In this dark comedy, a miserable concierge named Cesar sets out to make everyone's life miserable, but his mission is thwarted by a young woman named Clara who proves to be more resilient than the others. As Cesar's tactics become increasingly extreme, a twisted game of cat and mouse ensues, complicated by Clara's boyfriend's arrival.
