In the movie, the Bowery Boys, Sach, Duke, and Myron, along with Mike Clancy, move to a new home in the mountains called Cedar Crest, which they purchased after finding a hidden treasure of new banknotes. However, their peaceful life is disrupted when they are visited by three hoodlums who try to buy the house back. Meanwhile, Dolly Owens, a real-estate agent, tries to obtain the house for herself with the help of her assistant Shelby. As the story unfolds, the residents of Cedar Crest face various challenges, including being harassed by ghostly apparitions and attacked by gangsters.
