At Camp North Pines for Boys, a group of campers, led by charismatic Franklin Reilly, overthrow the strict owner, Mr. Warren, and take control of the camp. However, their rebellion quickly descends into chaos as they also seize the nearby girls' camp. Tragedy strikes when Mr. Warren is accidentally killed while trying to escape. As tensions rise between the two camps, one camper, Donald Poultry, attempts to expose Franklin's leadership and restore order.
