The movie Sweat follows Simon's wild afternoon of self-discovery, as he leaves his inhibitions behind and visits a sauna. He meets a handsome man named Tim, and despite initial awkwardness, they share a intimate moment together. Along the way, Simon also encounters a 17-year-old rent boy named Tiger, who surprises him with his worldly knowledge of sex. As the night progresses, Simon's experiment with poppers and public displays of sexuality leaves him questioning his motivations, but ultimately, he leaves with a newfound sense of freedom and a phone number.
