Tambe, a head constable, is having a terrible day. His wife is upset with him, his daughter won't speak to him, and his friends feel betrayed. To make matters worse, he's been assigned to work on Ganpati visarjan night, which is chaotic and overwhelming. The noise and lights are too much for him, and he eventually loses his temper, pulls out his gun, and starts a riot.
