In this comedy, a small-town police chief becomes convinced that a series of unrelated events are signs of an impending terrorist attack, and mistakenly targets a graduate student of Mideastern descent who has come to authenticate the world's largest stool. The police chief's paranoia leads to a climate of fear, giving him the power and perks he's always wanted, but ultimately causing panic and chaos in the town.
