Aging actor Sir Michael Stewart, famous for his pantomime dame role, decides to leave his comfort zone and write a new play. He enlists the help of his loyal friend James Williams and recruits young non-binary actor Julia Price. As they work on the play, generational differences and Sir Michael's ego clash, leading to a disastrous interview and further chaos.
