Biff Jones, a driver and salesman for Good Humor ice cream, dreams of marrying Margie, a secretary supporting her younger brother Johnny. However, his plans are complicated when he becomes embroiled in a mystery involving Bonnie, a young woman he tries to rescue from gangsters.
