In a quaint, outdated tourist attraction called the House of Tomorrow, Sebastian Prendergast resides with his grandmother Josephine. Feeling suffocated by his isolated life, everything shifts when he encounters Jared Whitcomb, a budding punk rocker with a heart condition, and his sister Meredith. This new connection sparks a desire to break free in Sebastian, who then picks up a guitar and joins Jared in forming a punk rock band.
