A nerdy salesman, Harry Balbo, witnesses a brutal murder committed by a stunning female vampire in an alleyway. Despite his frantic attempts to report the crime, the authorities are skeptical of his account. Undeterred, Harry becomes fixated on the vampire and seeks out the help of a local vampire hunter, Strickland, in his quest to find her.
