Two children, Katie and Makean, get lost on a cold Christmas Eve and are rescued by the Candleman, an old sage who shares wisdom, hot chocolate, and stories. He reads a classic tale, The Night Before Christmas, and magically transports Katie and Makean into the poem, where they learn the true source of Christmas light is the giver of all good gifts.
