In the midst of a raging storm on England's misty Moors, the White family welcomes home Sgt. Major Morris, a veteran of the British Army in India, to their cozy cottage. Morris regales them with stories of his adventures and the mystical Monkey's Paw, a cursed talisman said to grant three wishes to its owner. However, the family's wishes soon unleash a torrent of terror and tragedy upon their lives.
